Gizlilik Politikası

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Hizmet'i kullandığınızda bilgilerinizin toplanması, kullanılması ve açıklanmasına ilişkin Voltran App politika ve süreçlerini anlatır; gizlilik haklarınızı ve yasaların sizi nasıl koruduğunu açıklar.

Kişisel verilerinizi Hizmet'i sunmak ve geliştirmek için kullanırız. Hizmet'i kullanarak bilgilerin bu Gizlilik Politikası'na uygun olarak toplanmasını ve kullanılmasını kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Yorum

Tanımlar

Bu Gizlilik Politikası'nın amaçları bakımından:

Hesap, Hizmet'imize ya da Hizmet'imizin bölümlerine erişmeniz için sizin adınıza oluşturulan tekil hesaptır.
Bağlı Kuruluş, bir tarafı kontrol eden, o tarafça kontrol edilen ya da o tarafla ortak kontrol altında bulunan kuruluştur; burada "kontrol", yönetim kurulu üyelerinin ya da diğer yönetim organlarının seçiminde oy hakkı veren hisselerin, sermaye payının veya diğer menkul kıymetlerin %50'sine ya da daha fazlasına sahip olmak demektir.
Uygulama, Şirket tarafından sunulan ve herhangi bir elektronik cihaza tarafınızdan indirilen Voltran App adlı yazılımdır.

Cihaz, Hizmet'e erişebilen bilgisayar, cep telefonu ya da tablet gibi her türlü cihazdır.
Kişisel Veri, kimliği belirli ya da belirlenebilir bir kişiye ilişkin her türlü bilgidir.
Hizmet, Uygulama'dır.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, verileri Şirket adına işleyen gerçek ya da tüzel kişidir. Hizmet'in sunulmasını kolaylaştırmak, Hizmet'i Şirket adına sunmak, Hizmet'le ilgili hizmetleri yerine getirmek ya da Hizmet'in nasıl kullanıldığını analiz etmesinde Şirket'e yardımcı olmak için Şirket'in çalıştırdığı üçüncü taraf şirketleri ya da kişileri ifade eder.
Üçüncü Taraf Sosyal Medya Hizmeti, Kullanıcı'nın Hizmet'i kullanmak için oturum açabildiği ya da hesap oluşturabildiği her türlü web sitesi ya da sosyal ağdır.
Kullanım Verileri, Hizmet'in kullanımıyla oluşan ya da Hizmet altyapısından kendiliğinden toplanan verilerdir (örneğin bir sayfa ziyaretinin süresi).
Siz, Hizmet'e erişen ya da Hizmet'i kullanan kişiyi ya da duruma göre bu kişinin adına Hizmet'e eriştiği veya Hizmet'i kullandığı şirketi veya diğer tüzel kişiyi ifade eder.

Verilerinize İlişkin Haklarınız ve Tercihleriniz

Gizlilik politikamıza uygun olarak, kullanıcıların bu haklardan yararlanabilmesi için şeffaflık ve erişim denetimleri sunuyoruz. Uygulanabildiği ölçüde ve yürürlükteki mevzuatın getirdiği sınırlar saklı kalmak kaydıyla kişilere tanınan haklar şunlardır:

Erişim hakkı: Hakkınızda işlediğimiz kişisel veriler hakkında bilgilendirilme ve bu verilere erişim talep etme hakkı.
Düzeltme hakkı: Kişisel verileriniz yanlış ya da eksikse bunları düzeltmemizi veya güncellememizi talep etme hakkı.
Silme hakkı: Kişisel verilerinizi silmemizi talep etme hakkı.
Kısıtlama hakkı: Kişisel verilerinizin tamamının ya da bir kısmının işlenmesini geçici veya kalıcı olarak durdurmamızı talep etme hakkı.
Paylaşmama hakkı: Apple ile giriş gibi seçenekleri kullanarak e-posta adresinizi, kimliğinizi ve diğer bilgilerinizi gizleme hakkı.
İtiraz hakkı: Özel durumunuzla ilgili gerekçelerle kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesine her zaman itiraz etme hakkı;
kişisel verilerinizin doğrudan pazarlama amacıyla işlenmesine itiraz etme hakkı.
Veri taşınabilirliği hakkı: Kişisel verilerinizin bir kopyasını elektronik ortamda talep etme ve bu verileri başka bir tarafın hizmetinde kullanılmak üzere aktarma hakkı.
Otomatik karar almaya tabi olmama hakkı: Sizin için hukuki sonuç doğuran ya da benzer ölçüde önemli bir etki yaratan, profil çıkarma dahil yalnızca otomatik işlemeye dayanan bir karara tabi olmama hakkı.

Toplanan Veri Türleri

Kişisel Veriler

Hizmet'imizi kullanırken sizinle iletişim kurmak ya da sizi tanımlamak için kullanılabilecek bazı kişisel bilgileri bize vermenizi isteyebiliriz. Bu bilgiler bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere şunları içerebilir:

Okul adı, okuduğunuz sınıf, gireceğiniz üniversite sınavının türü

Kullanım Verileri

Kullanım Verileri, Hizmet kullanılırken kendiliğinden toplanır.

Kullanım Verileri; Cihazınızın İnternet Protokolü adresi (IP adresi), tarayıcı türü, tarayıcı sürümü, Hizmet'imizde ziyaret ettiğiniz sayfalar, ziyaretinizin tarihi ve saati, bu sayfalarda geçirdiğiniz süre, tekil cihaz tanımlayıcıları ve diğer tanılama verileri gibi bilgileri içerebilir.

Hizmet'e bir mobil cihazla ya da mobil cihaz üzerinden eriştiğinizde, bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere kullandığınız mobil cihazın türü, mobil cihazınızın tekil kimliği, mobil cihazınızın IP adresi, mobil işletim sisteminiz, kullandığınız mobil internet tarayıcısının türü, tekil cihaz tanımlayıcıları ve diğer tanılama verileri gibi bazı bilgileri kendiliğinden toplayabiliriz.

Kullanım Verileri; arama sorgularınız, çalışma geçmişiniz ve tercihleriniz, oluşturduğunuz çalışma listeleri, kitaplığınız ve istatistikleriniz gibi Voltran App ile etkileşimlerinize ilişkin bilgileri de içerir. Buna Voltran App ile bağlantılı olarak üçüncü taraf uygulamaları kullanımınızın ayrıntıları da dahil olabilir.

Hizmet'imizi her ziyaret ettiğinizde ya da Hizmet'e bir mobil cihazla veya mobil cihaz üzerinden eriştiğinizde tarayıcınızın gönderdiği bilgileri de toplayabiliriz.

Üçüncü Taraf Sosyal Medya Hizmetlerinden Gelen Bilgiler

Şirket, Hizmet'i kullanmak için aşağıdaki Üçüncü Taraf Sosyal Medya Hizmetleri üzerinden hesap oluşturmanıza ve oturum açmanıza olanak tanır:

Bir Üçüncü Taraf Sosyal Medya Hizmeti üzerinden kaydolmaya ya da bize başka bir yolla bu hizmete erişim izni vermeye karar verirseniz, Üçüncü Taraf Sosyal Medya Hizmeti hesabınızla zaten ilişkili olan adınız, e-posta adresiniz, etkinlikleriniz ya da bu hesapla ilişkili kişi listeniz gibi Kişisel Verileri toplayabiliriz.

Üçüncü Taraf Sosyal Medya Hizmeti hesabınız aracılığıyla Şirket'le ek bilgiler paylaşma seçeneğiniz de olabilir. Kayıt sırasında ya da başka bir şekilde bu tür bilgileri ve Kişisel Verileri vermeyi seçerseniz, Şirket'e bunları bu Gizlilik Politikası'na uygun biçimde kullanma, paylaşma ve saklama izni vermiş olursunuz.

Bu bilgilere erişimi istediğiniz zaman Cihazınızın ayarlarından açıp kapatabilirsiniz.

Kişisel Verilerinizin Kullanımı

Şirket, Kişisel Verileri şu amaçlarla kullanabilir:

Hizmet'imizi sunmak ve sürdürmek, Hizmet'imizin kullanımını izlemek dahil.
Hesabınızı yönetmek: Hizmet'in kullanıcısı olarak kaydınızı yönetmek.
Bir aboneliğin ifası: abonelik sözleşmesine uyum ve sözleşmenin yerine getirilmesi.
Sizinle e-posta, telefon, SMS ya da diğer elektronik iletişim yollarıyla iletişim kurmak.

Kişisel Verilerinizin Güvenliği

Kişisel Verilerinizin güvenliği bizim için önemlidir; ancak internet üzerinden hiçbir iletim yönteminin ya da elektronik saklama yönteminin %100 güvenli olmadığını unutmayın.

Google Kullanıcı Verileri

Öğretmenler ve öğrenciler Google hesaplarını Voltran'a bağlayabilir; böylece Voltran asistanı, istedikleri zaman onların Google hizmetleriyle çalışabilir. Bu bölüm Voltran'ın neye eriştiğini, bunun nasıl kullanıldığını, kimlerin işlediğini ve nasıl kaldırılabileceğini açıklar. Bu Gizlilik Politikası'nın geri kalanına ek olarak uygulanır.

Nelere erişiyoruz

Her Google hizmeti ayrı ayrı bağlanır ve Voltran bir hizmete ancak kullanıcı Google'ın izin ekranında onay verdikten sonra erişir.

Google Drive: yalnızca kullanıcının Voltran üzerinden oluşturduğu ya da Google Drive dosya seçicide seçtiği dosyalar. Voltran kullanıcının Drive'ının geri kalanını görmez.
Google Dokümanlar, E-Tablolar ve Slaytlar: kullanıcının asistandan okumasını ya da düzenlemesini istediği dokümanlar, tablolar ve sunular ile oluşturmasını istediği yeni dosyalar.
Google Takvim: takvim etkinlikleri; kullanıcının isteğiyle listelemek, oluşturmak, güncellemek ya da silmek için.
Gmail: e-postalar; kullanıcının isteğiyle aramak, okumak ve özetlemek için; ayrıca asistanın hazırladığı e-posta taslakları. Voltran e-posta göndermez; kullanıcı her taslağı Gmail'de kendisi inceleyip gönderir.
Google Classroom (öğretmenler): öğretmenin sınıfları, sınıf listeleri (öğrenci adları), ödevler, teslimler ve notlar, duyurular, materyaller ve konular; bunları öğretmene göstermek ve öğretmenin isteğiyle oluşturmak ya da güncellemek için.
Google Classroom (öğrenciler): öğrencinin kendi sınıfları, duyurular, verilen ödevler ve kendi teslimleri ile notları.

Nasıl kullanıyoruz

Voltran, Google kullanıcı verilerini yalnızca kullanıcının Voltran'da istediği özellikleri sunmak ve geliştirmek için kullanır; örneğin bir e-postayı özetlemek, kullanıcının seçtiği bir dokümandan ders içeriği hazırlamak ya da bir takvim etkinliği oluşturmak. Google kullanıcı verilerini reklam için kullanmayız, satmayız ve başka herhangi bir amaçla kullanıcı profili oluşturmak için kullanmayız.

Voltran çalışanları Google kullanıcı verilerini okumaz; kullanıcının bize açıkça izin verdiği durumlar (örneğin bir destek talebini çözmek için), kötüye kullanımı incelemek gibi güvenlik amaçlarıyla gerekli olduğu durumlar, yasaların gerektirdiği durumlar ve verilerin iç işleyiş için toplulaştırılıp anonimleştirildiği durumlar bunun dışındadır.

Yapay zekâ ile işleme

Voltran asistanı kullanıcının isteklerini yerine getirmek için yapay zekâ modelleri kullanır. Bunun için kullanıcının Google verilerinden bir isteğin gerektirdiği bölümler, yalnızca kullanıcının istediği yanıtı üretmek amacıyla üçüncü taraf yapay zekâ modeli sağlayıcılarına gönderilir.

Bu sağlayıcıların ücretli API kullanımına ilişkin koşulları ve hesap ayarlarımız gereği, bu veriler sağlayıcıların yapay zekâ modellerini eğitmek için kullanılmaz. Voltran, Google Workspace verilerini genelleştirilmiş ya da kişiselleştirilmemiş yapay zekâ veya makine öğrenmesi modelleri geliştirmek, iyileştirmek ya da eğitmek için kullanmaz ve bu amaçla herhangi bir üçüncü tarafa aktarmaz.

Paylaşım

Google kullanıcı verileri, yukarıdaki yapay zekâ sağlayıcıları dışında, Voltran'ı bizim adımıza barındıran ve işleten hizmet sağlayıcılar (bulut barındırma, veritabanı, hata ve kalite izleme) tarafından ve yalnızca hizmeti çalıştırmak için işlenir. Yasaların gerektirdiği durumlar ya da kullanıcılara bildirimde bulunularak gerçekleşen bir birleşme, devralma veya varlık satışı dışında Google kullanıcı verilerini başka bir şekilde paylaşmaz, aktarmaz ya da açıklamayız.

Saklama, güvenlik ve silme

Google'ın bir bağlantı için verdiği erişim anahtarları şifrelenmiş olarak saklanır ve yalnızca kullanıcının istediği işlemleri yapmak için kullanılır.
Asistanın bir Google hizmetinden aldığı içerik, kullanıcının bunu istediği sohbetin parçası olur ve o sohbetle birlikte saklanır.
Kullanıcı bir Google hizmetinin bağlantısını istediği zaman Voltran asistanındaki bağlantılar listesinden kaldırabilir; bağlantıyı kaldırmak Voltran'ın Google'daki erişimini iptal eder. Erişim istendiği zaman myaccount.google.com/permissions adresindeki Google Hesabı izinleri sayfasından da kaldırılabilir.

Sınırlı Kullanım

Voltran'ın Google API'lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanması ve başka bir uygulamaya aktarması, Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) koşulları dahil Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na uygundur. Google Workspace API'lerinden alınan ham ya da türetilmiş kullanıcı verilerinin kullanımı, Sınırlı Kullanım koşulları dahil Google Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na uygundur.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes Voltran App’s policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the Service and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

We use your personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Voltran App.
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to VOLTRAN YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJİLERİ YAZILIM BİLİŞİM VE TİCARET A.Ş., Üniversite Mah. Sarıgül Sk. No:35/3 D:9, 34320 Avcılar, Istanbul/Turkey.
Country refers to: Turkey.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to the Application.
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Your Right and Preferences about Data

In accordingly with our privacy policy, we are happy to offer transparency and access controls to help users take advantage of those rights. As available and except as limited under applicable law, the rights afforded to individuals are:

Right of access - the right to be informed of, and request access to, the personal data we process about you.
Right to rectification - the right to request that we amend or update your personal data where it is inaccurate or incomplete.
Right to erasure - the right to request that we delete your personal data.
Right to restrict - the right to request that we temporarily or permanently stop processing all or some of your personal data.
Right not to share – the right to conceal your e-mail, ID and other informations using options like Apple sign-in.
Right to object:the right, at any time, to object to us processing your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation;
the right to object to your personal data being processed for direct marketing purposes.
Right to data portability - the right to request a copy of your personal data in electronic format and the right to transmit that personal data for use in another party's service.
Right not to be subject to automated decision-making - the right to not be subject to a decision based solely on automated decision making, including profiling, where the decision would have a legal effect on you or produce a similarly significant effect.

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Email address
First name and last name
Gender
School Name, Class You are Attending, University Exam Type that You are Entering

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Usage data also includes information about your interactions with the Voltran App such as your search queries, studying history and preferences, study lists you create, your library and statistics. This also may include details of your use of third-party applications in connection with the Voltran App.

We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

The Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Social Media Services:

If You decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service, We may collect Personal data that is already associated with Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account, such as Your name, Your email address, Your activities or Your contact list associated with that account.

You may also have the option of sharing additional information with the Company through Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account. If You choose to provide such information and Personal Data, during registration or otherwise, You are giving the Company permission to use, share, and store it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

Information regarding your location
Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.
For the performance of a subscription: compliance and undertaking of the subscription contract.
To contact You via email, telephone calls, SMS, or other electronic communications.
To provide You with news, special offers, and general information about our services.
To manage Your requests.
For business transfers.
For other purposes like data analysis and marketing improvements.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Google User Data

Teachers and students can connect their Google accounts to Voltran so that the Voltran assistant can work with their Google services at their request. This section explains what Voltran accesses, how it is used, who processes it and how it can be removed. It applies in addition to the rest of this Privacy Policy.

What we access

Each Google service is connected separately, and Voltran accesses a service only after the user grants permission on Google's consent screen.

Google Drive: only the files the user creates through Voltran or selects in the Google Drive file picker. Voltran does not see the rest of the user's Drive.
Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides: the documents, spreadsheets and presentations the user asks the assistant to read or edit, and the new files the user asks it to create.
Google Calendar: calendar events, to list, create, update or delete them at the user's request.
Gmail: email messages, to search, read and summarize them at the user's request, and email drafts that the assistant prepares. Voltran does not send email; the user reviews and sends every draft from Gmail.
Google Classroom (teachers): the teacher's classes, class rosters (student names), coursework, submissions and grades, announcements, materials and topics, to show them to the teacher and to create or update them at the teacher's request.
Google Classroom (students): the student's own classes, announcements, assigned work, and their own submissions and grades.

How we use it

Voltran uses Google user data only to provide and improve the features the user asks for in Voltran, for example summarizing an email, preparing lesson content from a document the user selected, or creating a calendar event. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build user profiles for any other purpose.

People at Voltran do not read Google user data, except when the user gives us explicit permission (for example, to resolve a support request), when it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, when required by law, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

AI processing

The Voltran assistant uses artificial intelligence models to carry out the user's requests. To do so, the parts of the user's Google data that a request needs are sent to third-party AI model providers, only to produce the response the user asked for.

Under these providers' terms for paid API use and our account settings, they do not use this data to train their AI models. Voltran does not use Google Workspace data to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models, and does not transfer it to any third party for that purpose.

Besides the AI providers above, Google user data is processed by the service providers that host and operate Voltran (cloud hosting, database, and error and quality monitoring) on our behalf and only to run the service. We do not otherwise share, transfer or disclose Google user data, except as required by law or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets with notice to users.

Storage, security and deletion

The access tokens Google issues for a connection are stored encrypted and are used only to make the requests the user asks for.
Content that the assistant retrieves from a Google service becomes part of the conversation in which the user asked for it and is stored with that conversation.
A user can disconnect a Google service at any time from the connections list in the Voltran assistant; disconnecting revokes Voltran's access at Google. Access can also be removed at any time from the Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
To have Google user data held by Voltran deleted, contact us at info@voltranapp.com.

Limited Use

Voltran's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
